A good friend, really good friend actually, told me about this place. It runs up to the base camp for the Mt. Whitney trailhead.
I found a nice spot by a rushing stream, at the base of a young Cottonwood - you already know I like those. She'll have a great view of the mountain, and nice restful noise from the creek.
I was lucky to find love, even though I lost it. Some never get that much.
